Uyavhuya Matibe is the Head of Data Protection and Privacy at MK Legal Consultancy (Pty) Ltd. She holds an LLB and BA degree from Rhodes University and is an Admitted Attorney and Notary Public. Uyavhuya leads initiatives that assist organisations in navigating complex data protection, privacy, and regulatory compliance requirements across various jurisdictions. She is passionate about translating legal and regulatory obligations into practical, business-focused solutions that promote trust, innovation, accountability, and sustainable growth.
