Ramatu Ada Ochekliye is a program strategy, communications, and knowledge management professional with over ten years of experience working across health, gender, governance, and creative sectors in West Africa.

She is the Founder and Portfolio Director of Shades of Us, an organization that uses storytelling, learning, and community engagement to support social change across Africa. Her work includes designing programs, translating research into accessible content, building partnerships, and supporting learning and capacity-strengthening initiatives.

She has worked with government institutions, donor-funded programs, and regional stakeholders to turn evidence and insights into practical actions that support development and public engagement.
