Lister Namumba-Rikhotso is a human rights advocacy practitioner with over 20 years in human rights and 15 years advancing media ethics and freedom in Zambia and South
Africa. As Programme Manager at Moxii Africa (rebranding from Media Monitoring Africa), she leads work on information integrity, including driving the ACHPR Resolution 630 consultations on platform accountability. Her work blends evidence-based storytelling with research and policy advocacy to champion human rights.
