Palesa Victoria is a junior academic at the University of South Africa (UNISA) and a Master’s candidate specializing in digital political communication. In 2025, she participated in an Erasmus student exchange at Burgas Free University, Bulgaria. Her published research includes “Culture’s Influence on Management Practice: Based on South Africa’s Diverse Economy” (available on Google Scholar) and “The Prominence of Women in Leadership is Transforming the Corporate World: A Case Study Based on the Blue Economy.” These works explore cultural dynamics in management and women’s transformative roles in emerging sectors, blending southern African contexts with global perspectives.
